This information is being collected in accordance with the Digital Privacy Act and will be used for the purposes of renting a Community League Hall. Information collected will be retained for a period of 60 (sixty) days after rental. Information may be shared with members of the Edmonton Police Service if required as a result of their attendance at the Community League Hall with respect to this event but is protected by the privacy provisions of the Digital Privacy Act. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HALL RENTAL:
*PREMISES MUST BE VACATED AT THE EVENT END TIME
**It is the renter’s responsibility to obtain a proper Liquor License. Bartender(s) MUST have AGLC ProServe to serve liquor. A copy of the Liquor License was provider to the Community League.
The Renter MUST obtain and provide proof of proper Liability Insurance prior to obtaining the keys to the Hall.
The keys will be issued approximately one hour before the event is scheduled to begin.
There is to be NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the hall or within 10 meters of any entrance.
Recreational drug use inside the hall will result in immediate termination of this contract with no refund to the renter(s).
